South West Hospital and Health Service have an exciting opportunity for you to live in South West Queensland and provide child health services in South West Hospital and Health Service working within the Primary and Community Care Team in either Roma or Charleville.

About this role
Your opportunity
The Registered Nurse must provide compassionate person centred nursing care within the rural/remote context. This position will be involved in the delivery of Putting Queensland Kids First initiatives including involvement in sustained home visiting, immunisations and childhood screening including vision and hearing.
Prior work experience within the child and paediatric health area, or additional qualifications or post graduate studies within this area is highly desirable.
We have a position available in Roma and Charleville.

Charleville is a designated Remote Area Nursing Incentive Package (RANIP) site in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award – State 2015. This attracts additional entitlements which may include:
- An annual isolation bonus paid annually!
- Return airfares to the nearest provincial city in conjunction with leave!
- Additional annual leave per annum!
