As a Senior Health Worker, you play an important role in community. You're the bridge. The voice. The trust.
We're looking for strong, experienced Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers from the Torres Strait who are ready to step up and lead care in community where it matters most.
You help make sure healthcare doesn't just “happen” in community but that it feels right, safe, and connected to culture.

In this role, you'll:
- Support your community to stay strong and healthy
- Work alongside nurses, doctors, and visiting teams

What you bring

- Strong connection to Torres Strait Islander or Aboriginal community
- Experience as a Health Worker
- Confidence to lead, support others, and speak up
- Ability to work both in clinic and out in community
- Heart for your people and pride in your culture
- You know how to talk straight. You know how to listen proper.

- Base salary: $101,511.00 - $119,674.00 per annum Workplace benefits | Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service
