📍 Cairns Base | Regular Travel to Cape York Communities
This is diabetes care where it matters most!
You won't be sitting in a clinic waiting for patients. You'll be out in community - building relationships, sharing knowledge, and walking alongside people in managing their health.
If you're looking for purpose, connection, and making a valuable contribution in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities this may be the perfect career opportunity for you!

- Staying in community 2–3 nights most weeks

Who this role will suit
You'll thrive in this role if you're confident working in remote and culturally diverse environments and can build genuine trust through respectful, authentic communication. You're adaptable, solution-focused, and comfortable navigating the realities of remote practice, and most importantly, you're motivated by work that has real, visible impact in the communities you support.
This role will challenge you. You'll be working across distance, culture, and complexity. But if you're the right person, you'll be part of something that genuinely makes a valuable contribution in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders communities.
