The Director of Nursing and Midwifery and Facility Manager demonstrates advanced nursing and midwifery practice in coordinating health service provision and leading contemporary clinical practice within a rural and remote setting.
In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing and midwifery services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care in a complex rural and remote environment. You will lead and implement key strategic initiatives, including the Transition to Community Control, the introduction of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) services, and the establishment of Birthing Services. In addition, you will drive service innovation and continuous improvement aligned with organisational priorities.

- Base salary: $7,056.50 per fortnight
