Tell me more......Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS) is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to join our Remote Clinical Nurse - Practice Pathway - a supported 12-month development program designed to prepare you for a rewarding career in remote Primary Health Care and to work as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in the Primary Healthcare environment.
During your rotation you will be working alongside experienced Clinical Nurse Consultants and remote area nurses who will guide and support your practice. You will also have regular contact with the TCHHS Nursing Education team educators. You will be expected to complete the Remote Registered Nurse – Practice Pathway professional portfolio during your rotation as part of your formal learning.

Your learning journey includes
- Comprehensive orientation, including our Cultural Practice Program.
- Regular education days and professional development sessions.

- Completion of Clinical Assessment Workbooks and an Activity Portfolio.
