About the Role
Join Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service as a Nurse Practitioner - Diabetes Chronic Disease, delivering advanced, patient-centred diabetes care across inpatient and outpatient settings in Weipa.
In this autonomous and collaborative role, you will lead the assessment, treatment, education, and self-management support of people living with diabetes, including those with complex clinical needs. Working closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, you will drive evidence-based practice and contribute to improved health outcomes for remote communities.

Salary and Benefits
- Base salary: $158,344 - $165,320 per annum
- Employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%
