North Queensland Transplant Pharmacist | Permanent Part-Time for 38 hours per fortnight
Cairns based with regular travel to facilities across the TCHHS Footprint

Tell me more...This is an opportunity to perform a critical role in providing high level Pharmacy support to allow seamlessly continuity of medication management for patients accessing the North Queensland Transplant Service and the Torres and Cape HHS specialist Nephrology services. Although this role provides services across all renal modalities (Chronic Kidney Disease, Haemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Home Haemodialysis, Kidney Supportive Care) there is a primary focus on supporting patients with Renal Transplants (including in the pre-transplant work-up period).
