About the opportunity
The Townsville Hospital and Health Service is committed to growing and supporting our First Nations Health workforce and the Administrative Traineeship program provides trainees with full time employment, whilst completing a certificate III in Business Administration.
The Administrative Officer trainees are supported to reach their full potential through meaningful, on-the-job training combined with localised education and culturally safe mentoring and support towards achieving each milestone.
Trainees work as a valued member of the administrative team; you will contribute to the delivery of quality administrative services while developing the skills and experience needed to build a rewarding career within the health sector.
These roles will work within three (3) Service Groups - Women's & Children's, Surgical Services and Medical Services.

- Salary range: $2374.50 - $2769.50 p.f. (AO2)
- 4 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading
- Locality allowance
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
