Competitive salary and benefits
- Salary between $4912.70 – $5286.40 per fortnight (HP4).
- 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading.
- Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%.

About your opportunity
This senior role leads health promotion initiatives to reduce alcohol, tobacco, and other drug harms. You will design and evaluate programs, engage stakeholders, and mentor junior staff, ensuring alignment with Queensland Health priorities and evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree qualification in Health Promotion from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Ongoing professional development relevant to the delivery of specialist Mental Health Services (MHSG) to maintain appropriate registration and/or association requirements is a requirement of all staff within the MHSG.
- Current C class driver's licence.
- Evidence of vaccination or immunity for VPDs as per Queensland Health policy.
- Blue Card check for working with children.
- A probationary period may apply.
