• Salary range: $64.64 to $69.55 p.h. (HP4)
• 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
• Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity:

The Multicultural Mental Health Coordinator (MMHC) delivers high-level clinical services and leadership to achieve better health outcomes for consumers from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds experiencing   mental illness and/or problematic substance use. The MMHC services are provided from within a consultation and liaison model supporting staff of the Townsville MHSG through clinical consultation, enhancing workforce capability, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

All employees of the Mental Health Service Group may be required to work in other areas of the Service.

Please note - this is a permanent part-time position, 64 hours per fortnight.

Requirements:

• Mandatory qualifications (Occupational Therapy or Psychology or Social Work) and proof of registration (if applicable)
• Possession of class C drivers' licence.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
• Probation period may apply.
• Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
