About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Direct and recent experience with research and evaluation within an education setting.
• Experience in the application of research and evaluation methodology including a sound knowledge and understanding of psychometric principles, measurement design, and working knowledge of multivariate statistical packages.
• Experience in designing and managing a state-wide project.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage staff successfully in line with quality human resource management and supporting complex operational issues in line with policy and procedures.
• Advanced capability with various systems and software e.g. advanced Microsoft Office, SPSS and Survey Monkey.

Mandatory Requirements:

• This position requires the incumbent to operate a motor vehicle, and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be produced before commencement of duties.
