The multidisciplinary team includes medical specialists, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff who work collaboratively to deliver holistic care tailored to each patient's needs.

About the role
The clinical nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive care, including direct patient care, assessment, planning, and implementation of care, while also acting as a resource for other healthcare professionals. This role will be accountable for practice at an advanced level and contribute to the general function of the unit through leadership, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge in the area of Palliative Care and Medical conditions delivering expert nursing care in complex situations while providing support and direction to other team members.
- Demonstrated ability to role model excellent standards of comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care and documentation to facilitate quality patient outcomes, in accordance with National Safety and Quality Health Service and professional standards.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with members of the healthcare team, patients, relatives and visitors and maintain a positive workplace culture through well developed consultation, liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
