What you'll be doing

The key responsibilities of the role include:  

• Manage and develop West Moreton Health branding strategies
• Mentor, manage and coach digital engagement, web and graphic design team members
• Plan and oversee delivery of West Moreton Health's ongoing website and intranet development

What we're looking for

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Strong visual design skills
• Strong understanding and experience of what makes excellent integrated digital content
• Understanding and application of digital insights and analytics to inform decision-making
• Experience of complex project management involving multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage relationships and contribute to a healthy team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in web development, user experience and content design desirable.
