Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $110.54 to $161.87 p.h. casual (L13 - L27)
- 4 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Attraction and retention incentive allowance
- Motor vehicle allowance between $21,000 and $25,500 p.a.
- Professional development allowance of $21,500 p.a. + 3.6 weeks p.a. leave
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
The role of the Senior Medical Officer (SMO) is to provide high quality primary care clinical and non-clinical services on a sessional basis to an adolescent population at the Cleveland Youth Detention Centre (CYDC). This includes working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care team, at a standard comparable to that available to the general community.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications, advanced qualifications such as FRACGP relevant to the role and proof of registration (AHPRA).
- All applicants must be awarded SoCP by the THHS Credentialing and SoCP committee.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
