About the work unit:
Townsville Renal Services has an exciting opportunity for a clinical nurse to join the team, the successful candidate will be someone who can work autonomously and has excellent communication and leadership skills along with the ability to make clinical decisions. The Charters Towers dialysis unit is a four-chair satellite unit which offers a six-day service providing high quality care to patients located in this region.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $57.48 to $61.55 p.h. part-time (NG6-1)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
The Clinical Nurse provides direct nursing care utilising clinical skills, education and support to patients/clients and nursing staff within the Renal Unit to ensure the provision of best practice and quality patient care.
Role Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (AHPRA).
- Highly Desirable: A current Adult Life Support certificate.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
