Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $5130.40 to $5931.50 p.f. (L4-L9)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
- Professional development assistance – allowance, Vocational Training Subsidy (if applicable), PD leave, and exam leave
About your opportunity:
To provide high quality clinical care to patients of the Cardiothoracic department at Townsville University Hospital, supervision of junior medical staff including inpatient care and will include some responsibility for providing teaching to junior medical staff, medical students and allied health staff.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable)
- If appointee is not accepted into a recognized vocational college training program – employment will only be as a Principal House Officer and remuneration will be at PHO Level per fortnight (L4-L7).
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
