Oral Health Services, within Women's and Children's Service Group, provides preventative, general and emergency dental care across the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS). Services are delivered through community and hospital-based clinics, school dental programs, mobile clinics and outreach services, ensuring accessible, high-quality oral healthcare for communities across North Queensland.

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $94,013 to $103,572 p.a. (AO4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
Lead a dedicated administration team supporting Oral Health Services across Townsville. You'll oversee daily operations, workforce planning, rostering, performance and service improvement while fostering a positive team culture. Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you'll help ensure efficient administrative services that support quality patient care and contribute to exceptional exepriences for patients, visitors and staff.
Requirements:
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
