The Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CHYMHS) provides specialised, recovery-oriented mental health services for children and young people from birth to 18 years experiencing severe and complex mental health problems. The multidisciplinary, community-based service works with children, young people, families and carer networks to support recovery and wellbeing.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $140,632 to $152,685 p.a. (NG7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity:
Join the CYMHS as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, providing expert clinical care and leadership for children and young people with severe and complex mental health needs. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery-focused care, clinical decision-making and positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and proof of registration (AHPRA)
- Possession of a Class C drivers license
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
