Rural and Remote Connect proudly stands as the sole Queensland Health nursing agency filling critical staffing gaps across Queensland and the Torres Strait's remote locations.

We are on the lookout for nurses with general experience and specialties in emergency, perioperative, mental health and ICU.

What's on offer:

• Various contracts up to 12 weeks in rural and remote locations throughout Queensland
• Generous QH Casual rates plus a Rural and Remote Connect incentive:
  • $97.78 to $106.17 p.h. (Nurse Grade 7)
  • $79.64 to $85.27 p.h. (Nurse Grade 6 - Band 1)
  • $61.04 to $78.30 p.h. (Nurse Grade 5)
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
• Travel and accommodation will be provided

Requirements:

• Proof of qualification, registration with AHPRA and a current practising certificate are mandatory requirements.
• Current working rights within Australia.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Tuberculosis and Japanese Encephalitis.
• Probation period may apply.
• Pre-employment checks will be conducted; including NDIS worker screening.
