About this role
About your opportunity:
This role is a perfect opportunity for a motivated person who enjoys working with people to support their transition through hospital. This includes assisting with the provision of Occupational Therapy by providing assistance with patient care through facilitation of the effective and efficient completion of clinical support tasks.
You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical areas on a rotational basis including medical, surgical, rehabilitation, geriatric care, paediatrics and outpatient services.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $68,471 to $71,983 p.a. (CA3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Role Requirements:
- While not mandatory, a Certificate IV – Allied Health Assistant would be well regarded.
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted, including criminal history clearance.
