We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $2950.00 to $3280.70 p.f. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The Administration officer will provide administrative systems support in relation to confidential clinical records/information (digital and paper) within a hospital setting. This role contributes to patient flow by ensuring clinical records and information are available for clinicians to provide timely patient care.
This role delivers exceptional person-centred customer service to patients, their families and the public.
How you will be assessed:
- Maintain confidentiality whilst accessing patient records, secure storage areas of the hospital and delivering patient medical records to wards, clinics and other hospital departments.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads to achieve tasks within designated time frames and perform tasks with limited supervision.
- Proven high level attention to detail to read and interpret clinical identifiers and ensure clinical documents are filed in the correct patient medical record, in the correct order of filing and in the correct encounter in the ieMR.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
