We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $97,775 to $103,074 p.a. (OO6)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The Assistant Manager (Training) Health Security Department (HSD) provides operational leadership and training to ensure the highest standard of functional service delivery and the achievement of the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) strategic objectives.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
-
- The incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessing qualification, or the ability to rapidly acquire the qualification.
- CPPSEC3111 Restrain persons using handcuffs or the ability to rapidly acquire the unit of competency.
- Highly regarded: Conduct of a previous workforce training position within a large department/organisation.
- Highly regarded: Service delivery within the health sector or emergency services.
