About this role
About your opportunity
As a Mental Health Clinician within the Acute Care Team (ACT), Mental Health Service Group, you will play a key role in delivering timely mental health triage, assessment and consultation‑liaison services for consumers referred to ACT.
This dynamic role spans both community settings and the Townsville University Hospital Emergency Department, offering variety, challenge and meaningful clinical impact.
You will work closely with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary professionals to provide high‑quality mental health assessment, intervention, consultation, mobile crisis responses and case management.
