- Salary range: $93,556 to $103,074 p.a. (AO4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
- Flexible working arrangements may be available
About your opportunity
In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening a proactive, prevention‑focused safety culture across the organisation. As a Safety Officer, you'll work closely with leaders and staff to implement systems that reduce work‑related injury and illness, while supporting teams to identify and manage WHS risks with confidence. You'll be a valued source of guidance on legislation, best‑practice standards, and practical solutions that help people work safely every day. Requirements
There are no mandatory qualification requirements for this role. However, applicants who hold a qualification in Work Health and Safety, or are currently working toward one, will be highly regarded.
