We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

• Salary range: $157,579 to $164,519 p.a. (NG8)
• 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
• 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
• Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

The Nurse Practitioner – Clozapine & Metabolic Monitoring will provide clinical leadership for Clozapine service delivery to over 200 consumers across the Division of Mental Health and Metabolic Monitoring for all Adult Community Mental Health Services.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

• Qualification: Master of Nursing Science (Nurse Practitioner) or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
• Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Highly Desirable: Eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) under the Mental Health Act 2016.
• Highly Desirable: Credentialed status (or willingness to undertake and complete requirements) with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
