- Salary range: $44.06 to $56.51 p.h. (Nurse Grade 6 Band 1)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The purpose of the role of the Health Information Officer is to collect and submit the required data sets whilst ensuring data validity and integrity to the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Neonatal Network (ANZNN), and other databases as required to provide reliable reports to the Director of Neonatology (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit / Special Care Nursery), Neonatal Nursing staff NG7, Women's and Children's Service Group, Executive National Bodies and other Health Service personnel.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
- Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.
- Completion of Neonatal Specific Competencies is mandatory for nursing staff working within the Neonatal Unit.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
