The NUM - Transit Lounge/DDU will facilitate and provide nursing leadership, support, clinical supervision and mentoring within the nursing team and provide nursing resource, education and research accountabilities and strategic management to facilitate the delivery of high quality, best practice care to patients of the TUH Transit Lounge/DDU.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $139,951 to $151,949 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
- Highly Desirable: The ability to provide expert nursing leadership and coordination within a Transit Lounge environment.
- Highly Desirable: Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field.
- Shift Workers: Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
