About this role
About the opportunity
Step into a pivotal Nurse Practitioner role with the opportunity to lead, innovate and shape Clozapine and Metabolic Monitoring services within a supportive multidisciplinary Community Care Team.
In this role you will provide clinical leadership in Clozapine service delivery and metabolic monitoring across Adult Community Mental Health Services, supporting care for more than 200 consumers. You'll use your advanced scope of practice to deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and evidence-based care, while leading the integration of physical and mental health services to improve consumer outcomes.
Working across a range of community mental health programs, you'll collaborate with Consultant Psychiatrists, multidisciplinary teams, primary care providers and non-government agencies. This is an opportunity to influence service delivery and contribute to innovative, person-centred care.
Based within the Community Care Team, you'll join a multidisciplinary service providing treatment, therapy, outpatient clinics and case management for people with moderate to severe mental health concerns.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Base salary range: $157,579 to $164,519 p.a.
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

Requirements
- Master of Nursing Science (Nurse Practitioner) or equivalent qualification
- Registration with AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner
- THHS credentialling upon commencement and every three years thereafter
