Influence one of North Queensland's most significant healthcare investment programs.
Join Townsville Hospital and Health Service in a pivotal leadership role driving communications and stakeholder engagement for major infrastructure and expansion projects that will shape the future of healthcare across the region.
Working closely with Infrastructure Program Delivery, you'll lead strategic communications, foster meaningful relationships with staff, patients and the community, and help ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged and supported throughout transformational projects, including the expansion of Townsville University Hospital.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $140,796 to $151,101 p.a. (AO7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
- While not mandatory, a relevant tertiary qualification in journalism, multi-media studies, communications, and/or public relations would be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Adobe Indesign CS6 or other relevant design suite would be well regarded.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
