Role requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
• Highly Desirable:
  • Possession of or working towards a relevant post-registration and/or tertiary qualifications in mental health nursing. 
  • Credentialed status (or willingness to undertake and complete requirements) with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses. 
  • Eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) under the Mental Health Act 2016.
• All staff within the Mental Health Service Group may be required to work in other areas of the Service.
• This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.

• Salary range: $4390.000-$4700.90 p.f. / $57.75-$61.85 p.h. (NG6-1)
• 6 weeks annual leave with 14% loading
